Summerlin Apartments

Rent went up 200 dollars in the last 2 years. Paying 920 a month, they don’t fix things like they should. There was a leak from upstairs 2 yrs ago that caused damage to the ceiling, still not repaired. Carpet was bad when moved in 4 yrs ago, it got approved to be replaced a few months ago……still waiting. Garbage disposal been broke for a few months now, drains super slow. Numerous work orders been placed for various things, still waiting to be addressed. Management has told many residents to not come to the office ( if they see you coming, they lock the door) and to not call or message. Love the apartment and its location but management is awful. Rent is way too high. In the process of purchasing a home, mortgage will only be 530.

I would give zero stats if I could. Management never answers the phone or respond to voicemail left and maintenance never fixes anything. We have no A/C and I even had to but my own window A/C and 3 fans in every room just to make it a cool 78 degrees inside. And my fridge has been broke for 3 days now causing me to throw out a full stock of food that I had just bought a day prior to it breaking because maintenance has never come to fix it or even respond to my voicemail left on their 24hr emergency line. And when i tried to go to the office they locked the door when they saw me parking cuz it was locked but the "open" sign was still on the door and i heard them talking inside. Where do I start! Rent is outrageous! Moved in a year ago at 825 a month and it NEVER was 825 a month! I guess water and trash removal was part of the deal but not mentioned when signing lease! Now, a year later, rent has increased from 825 to 1,012 and that is ridiculous! PLEASE...people out there...stay away, they are out for your money and don't give one shit about us who need affordable places to live! O am happy about one thing....lots of people are moving out because of the high rent prices! Comnet Court/ Summerlin is horrible...STAY AWAY!

Management tells you false information about the lease, was informed when I renewed my lease it would cost 500 to break the lease. I told them I am getting a house this summer, so I wanted to know before I signed. I ONLY SIGNED CAUSE I WAS TOLD 500 TO BREAK THE LEASE. yet management FAILED to show us on the documents that its 2x the rent amount.. SCREW THIS PLACE AND THEIR REVOLVING DOOR OF EMPLOYEES!

Cockroachesare horrible in the H and G Building, in H Building there is a lady up stairs from h88 that has 2 dogs, one pit bull and doesn't take her dogs out to potty, never hardly takes her trash out! Told Management multiple times and no cooperation! Told maintenence several times to no avail! People paying High Rates of rent to pay to live with Bugs and Nastiness! Poor management = Apartments!! I will Never rent from this place again!!
