Move here if you want new management to be rude and condescending. Lights in the halls and parking lot are out at night randomly so it’s extremely dark . I have to use a flash flight on my phone to carry my child in at night . The neighbors told us code enforcement said it’s 2 sink holes on the property that management didn’t warn us about. Sink hole behind my building tape up . Expect water to be randomly turned off with out us knowing to prepare ahead . Also the leaks are the best part. If it rains or someone is above us leak we are going to have sewage leaks. The pipes and water are old and dirty . The inside cabinets are so old they have roach eggs hidden all behind the old appliance and walls I can’t reach to clean up. Whole place needs to be fumigated. Pest control is not going to

Nice community. Problems with mold in apartment from leaks. The owner dont care. Outside workers come to fix but it leak again and mold come back. They use thr lead paint in tubs so it chips and mold grow back. Mold in tub cracks I cant reach. I keep fan on to air out, still same problem. They won’t allow re fix on tub to do right way. Mold was under paint job that has chipped in the deep cracks

I’ve lived here for a while, and unfortunately, the property management has been disappointing. The trash is constantly overflowing and scattered throughout the property, which makes the entire complex feel neglected and unsanitary. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve been paying for amenities like pool access, but this is the second summer in a row that the pool has not been open. Every time I ask maintenance about it, I’m told there’s no information or set date. It feels unfair to be paying for something I can’t use and never get updates on. At the very least, residents deserve communication and basic upkeep. I hope things improve soon because we’re paying for much more than what we’re receiving.

Terrible experience (in regard to the application process). I love the area (Chamblee}. The property (although dated) appeared to be clean, but the application process was terrible. Staff not communicating with one another. Maintenance workers showing visual/audible signs of frustration in front of "potential residence". Management's inability to simply follow-thru with the application process. It was like a nightmare waiting to happen. One of the maintenance team even waited outside of the office to advise me not to choose the property if I had valuables, due to the frequency of flooding and being understaffed. Glad that I dodged this one.

Back in the early 80s, I lived her as a kid, they were called Landsbury Village. It's so sad to see, that these once fine luxury apartments/Townhomes have gone down hill.
