The Crossing at Barry Road Apartments

I moved to the apartments in February 2025. I pay my rent on time, I follow the rules. I am not a Karen, my issues are very legitimate. I had planned on staying long term, for me this is a great location. I HAD big expectations at first. In the beginning I felt like the office staff was listening to my comments & concerns. I am losing faith quickly. I have a dog, I pick up her waste. I reported pet owners for not picking up their pet waste. I was asked to submit pictures, I did that. Irresponsible and lazy pet owners give all pet owners a bad rap. I do not enjoy picking up after my dog but it is the right thing to do and it is a rule. There are several pet stations to make that easier. I buy my own bags, not an issue for me. But, do not count on the property to provide waste bags, the stat

I cannot say enough good about the people in the office and TJ! My move-in was super smooth and everything they promised me has been done! TJ came and made a few fixes and was as polite and kind as you could ask for. I love living here. It’s a beautiful property!

5 stars for maintenance team tonight. My garage motor broke at 5 pm on a Friday and Daniel and Benjamin were out here and installed a new motor and didn’t leave until they made sure I was taken care of fully (program keypad, giving me new programmed fob and making sure the button in my garage was programmed). They had it done by 8 pm. I really appreciate you guys! I’m looking forward to continuing to have helpful people such as yourselves on site here. -Sean-

By far the worst place I have lived in my life! We were told that we were getting a renovated apartment upon moving in. The day we got our keys we found out that it is indeed not a renovated space. They told us that their “automatic email response” includes those words and that the person forgot to change them. Okay that’s fine but that’s just the beginning of it. Our place received the most renters special you could ever see. Ice machine and garbage disposal did not work. Painters tape left all over the place for us to clean up along with paint splattered on all counters. Blinds half put together and light bulbs missing from fans in multiple rooms. Went here for a tour with my roommates, and Nicole was so kind and helpful! I appreciated that while she is the leasing consultant, she also has experience as a resident! It made me have much more trust in the quality of The Crossing at Barry Road. She gave us valuable insight on our tours and had a kind and humorous attitude. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
