The Crosby at Towne Center

A huge thank you to the management team and especially to Angel at The Crosby! They were incredibly patient and helpful while they assisted my daughter with her first lease. The customer service here is excellent—they really took the time to answer all our questions and made sure the unit was move-in ready. The Crosby at Towne Center is in such a perfect location—everything is within walking distance, which was a huge plus for my daughter's first place. The amenities, like the sparkling pool and the fitness center, are top-notch. It feels more like a resort than an apartment complex. Highly recommend!

I have lived here for almost a year. This place is very expensive and they do not maintain things very well. There's broken down awnings throughout the community. Some of these awnings are in partial repair and there's ongoing, abandoned construction zones that are left for months at a time. The back gate has been half broken for months. The ACs constantly go out and maintenance has explained this is due to poor building construction. This place is a mess. I will keep track of the dates my AC goes out this summer: Sunday, 6/22/25 - AC went out overnight. I woke up soaked in sweat. Had to have emergency maintenance come fix it. Thursday, 8/14/25 at 4:20 AM - AC went out again overnight during the workweek meaning lost sleep.. Saturday, 8/23/25 at 3:30 AM - AC once again out overnight. This

I want to give a huge thank you to our apartment maintenance team! I recently had an issue with my AC unit not cooling properly, and they responded quickly and professionally. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it efficiently. Now my AC is working perfectly and my apartment is nice and cool again. Not only were they knowledgeable and thorough, but they were also very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in their work. I really appreciate the fast response and great customer service. Thank you for doing such a great job!

I will say the maintenance team really has been the best! My apartment ended up flooding and the whole maintenance team was so helpful and especially (Mike Garcia). I really don’t know what I would have done without their assistance, and Mike truly has gone above and beyond when it comes to making sure I feel comfortable at my apartment.

I had a great experience with Angel in the leasing office! He was patient, informative & friendly! The other agent was super helpful too! He even stayed behind for an extra few minutes past his shift to ensure I was assisted! I love the place & all the staff was super helpful & knowledgeable. Thank you to the Crosby team!
