It's an average place to live. Have heard from others about more rent increases. I hope that's not the case.

A great, comfortable and quiet place to live. The rent is reasonably priced. The property manager and staff are nice and attentive. They quickly respond to maintenance request.

Me and my grandmother been living here for 2 years and we have been having problem every since we moved here they went up on our rent 2x but still haven’t fixed the issue that’s inside our home our toilet makes noise when u flush it and you have to take the top off the bowl and mover the stopper in order for it to stop, our drains keep getting CLOGGED, the sink pipes is LEAKING I can’t even wash dishes without water being everywhere some of the lights Don’t Work and some of the plugs don’t work either our power goes out out of nowhere when we plug our heater up then when the air on a leak was in my closet which caused the carpet to get wet all of my clothes got mildew had to throw away all my clothes that was in my closet, they so quick to boost our rent but have a attitude when something

This place suck you pay all Tht money for a dog but they complain wen they see one rent high an the apartment falling apart can’t never get no one to fix anything
