The Cove at Saddle Creek

I have lived here for 2+ years on the cove side and will be leaving mid August. I’ve truly enjoyed my apt it’s extremely spacious and cozy. I have had no negative experiences with the front office besides maybe not answering a phone but thats expected. Maintenance is so friendly and I always see the same friendly faces who greet me with a morning wave. For the most part the community is quiet except the weekends when the bars across the street are in full swing but thats only if your outside otherwise I hear nothing in my apt. I’ve had some crazy neighbors and I’m so grateful for the help and support of the front office when we were trying to get it figured out. Adrienne deserves a special shout out she’s always professional and truly gives quick responses when she can and my issues alway

Love it here, nice spacious 1 bedroom apartment, with fenced yard for my dog, nice pool and new gym also laundry mat with doggie washing station love that. Also your own hookup for laundry in apt. Maintenance respond in timely manner.

We love our apartment and that it is not hyper modern, sterile or millennial gray. Our apartment is spacious yet, it feels very cozy, quiet and private. We've lived here for 4 years and love it. Additionally, it's only a short commute to MOPAC and South Park Meadows, close to the city but not enough to be in city traffic. As a person who moved here from Denver, it's a great spot! Dog friendly community, with VERY WELL BEHAVED animals. Shout our to Allison, Adria and Issac for ensuring our experience here is relaxing and peaceful.

I have renewed here for a third year in a row. All other leases I have had in the Austin area have had rough staff and unfortunate maintenance- however, both Brandy and Allison have been an absolute pleasure, and I can't see myself living anywhere else!

Everyone in the office is friendly, they help you complete your application process. The condominium is clean, well maintained, it is a quiet place, I am happy to be here, 100% recommended
