The Cove Apartments

The property management team has been responsive and accommodating from our first contact throughout our tenancy. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of downtown Rockland and a short drive to Camden. With brand new appliances and flooring, the apartments are a comfortable and peaceful place to call home.

I moved from out of state to Maine. I found The Cove Apartments in Rockland, ME online. I spoke with Caileigh several times, she was prompt with getting back to me and got me set up in the apartment. I loved the location they have in Rockland. What a great proximity to everything going on in mid-coast Maine! The apartments themselves are so nice and quiet! They're set back off the road, there’s a littl stream that runs by the apartments, the flowers and gardens are beautiful! The proximity to Rockland Harbor, across the street, and downtown Rockland was so nice. Everyone I met there was very nice. I can’t say enough how grateful I was for finding The Cove. We have since bought a house and we moved out of The Cove, but that was a wonderful time I stayed there. If you’re looking for a rental

My wife and I Couldent have asked for a safer place to live. Mgmt does a GREAT job getting nice/good tenants. Prices are reasonable for rent, and the apts are close to everything in town. Very convenient. Will miss this place. Thank Ben for being so helpful!

Excellent living space here, modern and efficient with solar panels and heat pumps. Ben is a very good landlord and runs a seamless operation. If you’re looking for a nice space and zero headaches, I highly recommend The Cove.
