Annie was my realtor, and helped me find an amazing house that I absolutely love. She was attentive, responsive, and motivated throughout the process. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm were a real blessing as we worked through a process that is often frustrating. She even helped me find financing when my lender did not approve me for what I needed for my dream house. She definitely has the experience, the know-how, and the right attitude for the job!

We picked a winner when we randomly chose Annie Higbee to show us a house in Maine. She’s personable, responsive, and fun to work with. Knowing the mid-coast area well, Annie was able to offer advice to help us focus in on our priorities and navigate a crazy real-estate market, so that we ended up finding the home that was right for us. She has great contacts with inspectors, tradespeople, and services so that the closing went smoothly and quickly. Kudos, Annie!

Annie was absolutely amazing, she answered all of our questions whenever we needed. She also accommodated us well because we were coming from out of state and a different time zone so she would answer our calls/text later than she was probably working. She met us at the showings and the inspectors at the home because we could not fly in. She made the whole experience easy

Let it be known, this is her trying to cover up the thousands that she cheated me out of, on a real estate deal we did on the island, I even put a lean on it and she waited for the 10 yrs when it was invalid and ask the court to take it off, she sold that house ( 67 Boston rd )for 315k, never made an attempt to pay me. If you know her, tell her to make right by paying the $5500 she owes with any extra along with it for late fees and lying and making up statements. One could look it up in the Knox County records department. Note: I'm a retired Vet of 32 yrs, a Handyman for 40 yrs along with lots of volunteering in the community and so on.
