The Courtyards at Bailey Farms, an Epcon Community

Stopped by to get info and tour the property since my emails never seemed to get anywhere. Upon arriving, the agent was out of office and showing properties to another couple. We met her at the model home and told her we would like to tour some homes at which time she replied ok and proceeded with her potential homeowners. She asked that when we were done with that house to please lock the door. After completing the tour of that particular home we locked the door and continued down the street to other homes that were open for "personal tours." Not wanting to intrude on the customers that she was working with we bypassed the home they were in and continued. There wasn't any other homes unlocked that had signs that stated to tour this home. So, we retraced our steps and returned to the home

Looked at a few models. Construction, plans, and some of the units available were great. Eileen Howell helped us with finance and model information as well as the various locations where EPCON is building homes. Great place to visit if you are in the market for a new home.
