homeowner in this community and honestly I will not recommend this place, I have 5 months with a leak in the entire garage area, and after four repairs it persists. they don't know what the problem is… if you expect good finishes and quality for 500K this is not the right place… completely disappointed in this place that has only given me a headache from the beginning…
