I've been living here for almost two years, the management has change and this apartments have improve greatly. The environment is safe even at night and very quiet. When I have any trouble with my apartment the maintenance guy is always funny and fix it fast... even at pick hours of the night. :P Thanks guys, I like living here... finally a place I can call home.

Let me start off with the manager, she is very rude and during this pandemic she has not been attentive. We have a power outage and it is almost 100 degrees. She does not answer the phone after multiple calls and voicemails. We've called SRP and everything is fine on their end. So it is on the apartments. It's been about 2 hours and still no answer from her. SRP will arrive anywhere from 2-4 hours so you could imagine what that is like. SRP has told us after multiple times that everything is fine on their end and it is something within the apartments. Even though they said this SRP will still come and check. We will have to pay a fee if there is no issue and it is something within the apartments. It is unfair we will have to pay a fee for something that is within the apartments. It is un

I love this place. The manager is really nice and takes good care of the property everything looks beautiful and super modern. Yaya always responds to everyone’s needs in a timely manner and makes sure rules are enforced. Definitely recommend The courtyards.
