The Courtyard Apartments

This was the first apartment complex I rented from and my apartment was the best! Very clean, very cozy! Management fixed and replaced everything that needed repairs in a reasonable amount of time while maintenance was super sweet and friendly! I'll definitely rent at the Courtyards again in the future if need be. My only complaint is the cost of rent for a 2b-2b. If you have a roommate, definitely worth it, but not on one income alone unless you make mega bag. Aside from that, this is a good place to live with zero noise complaints. 👌

I stayed at Courtyard for 6 months before I had to leave for residency. The property manager, Amber, was incredible in helping me get signed and moved in the week of New Years on very short notice. She went way above my expectations and was a pleasure to work with. The apartment is great to live in and there is plenty of grass outside to let your dog out to potty. Neighbors were pleasant and mostly college students, noise was never a problem. Maintenance was helpful the one time I needed them. Overall I enjoyed living at Courtyard and would choose to live there again if I had to choose.

The management here is nice, and so is the maintenance crew. The main issue I have is the fact that there is basically no service within the apartment. I can step outside and get one bar, but otherwise I have to use wifi to make calls. There is washer and dryer hookups, a dishwasher, central air, and the option for a gas fireplace in the winter.

This complex has been around since the 80's but has been maintained and aged well.

Great apartment complex for young and older people
