Fiorella is AMAZING! From our very first tour at the Courtney to the day we moved in, she was the key person who made our entire process smooth, stress-free, and secure. She was supportive, professional, and always ready to help. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The worst living experience I’ve ever had. Roach issues. Mold issues. Plumbing issues. Broken appliances, and borderline cruel management (Rita), all for almost 2k a month. There is nothing “luxury” about these apartments. This complex is a scam. Maintenance will come and check off that they’ve solved problems that were not solved. My oven was left torn apart for over a week. There is black mold in every wall. I’m moving out, and telling absolutely everyone I know to avoid this complex like the plague.

My husband and I lived here several years ago and recently, several packages were delivered here instead of my current address. I reached out to see what could be done and Fiorella Rehman, the Leasing Consultant was amazing. She was able to intercept the packages and called me to let me know. Fiorella started at the Courtney shortly before we moved out but she remembered us. As we talked and walked through the complex, Fiorella demonstrated such pride at the upgrades and just seems to love her job. Thank you Fiorella!

Had the pleasure of having Fiorella assist me with moving into my new apartment! She was extremely kind and accommodating. She was super helpful and very knowledgeable.
