The Court Yard

One best buildings in Salem. The units are spacious and clean the building is clean. Years ago I tried reach out to tour the complex and no ever returned my phone call - or messages highly frustrating. Then I tried again couple weeks ago and they must of changed management cause Max the current property manager was excellent. He communicated quickly set me up with a tour was informative. While I liked it - the particular unit I saw didn't fit my need (need one facing court st or front st) but it definitely will for someone :) I will be on the lookout for a unit at this that meets that requirement :)

I love living downtown across from Riverfront Park — and so does my doodle! I also love that our little community here at The Court Yard truly watches out for each other. Max Hernandez at The Court Yard is the property manager extraordinaire. He’s always available, quick to respond, and handles every question or work order with genuine care. He’s authentic, fun (and funny), and he makes me feel like he genuinely cares about me as a tenant (and a human) and about our community. Max’s professionalism and reliability make all the difference. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived at the courtyard for about a year and a half now and have been really impressed so far. Management has gone above and beyond in assisting me (always responsive) and maintenance is super friendly and almost always around. The building itself is clean and secure, which is important being downtown and all. On top of that, the unit itself is gorgeous, sleek, and modern. I’ve never had an issue with my car being tampered with while parking in the garage port. Some friends of mine live in other apartment housing downtown and nothing compares to here! Happy I made this choice.

I recently toured The Court Yard Apartments, and I was truly impressed! The property is well-maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The units are spacious, modern, and offer beautiful views of Riverfront City Park and the Willamette River.

Lived here for almost two years. It was nice living across the street from Riverfront Park but it was not worth the pain of living in a C&R managed building. Just horrible management: The type of management that will allow your bikes to be stolen out of the “secure” bike parking that you pay them rent for. Still not sure how this happened as they never really felt the need to explain. The type of management too negligent to have cameras around the building so that when people inevitably vandalize or break into your car (this is downtown after all) they will be useless. They type of management that will give you a filthy apartment and then charge you a cleaning fee when you move out, despite you leaving it much cleaner than when it was given to you.
