The Cottages of Cottage Grove Townhomes

Denise in the office is just wonderful! Steve is a very hard worker. The grounds people keep it very clean, plowed and shoveled in the winter. Every one that I have met have been very nice and friendly. I absolutely love living here!!

Denise was extremely informative and detailed in her process. I found the place to be warming and caring. I have resided here for 6 months, I do like the layout of these apts/ open concept for an easy flow to your main living areas. Glitches occur as no complex is perfect. The on site mgr handles them each as quickly as she can. The location is near Hy-Vee/Cub/Target/Chuck n Dons/Walmart/ hound n Resort/and Menards to just mention a few of the main stores. It is off the secondary road from hwy 61 which gives you quick easy on/off access to 694/494. You do have a separate garage for additional storage and your vehicle. They is extra storage in each apt. Definitely more then I've seen in other places.

This place is starting to look rundown and becoming an eye sore. I've seen ants inside units. 1 unit I've seen has a dented cooktop on the range. The pan sits at an angle making it almost impossible to cook. The refuse to fix it.

Manager great. Nice place to live. Grocery stores, Target and Walmart near by. They do their best to get issues taken care of as fast as possible.

Very cute cottages and some of them even come with attached garages which is a BIG plus during the long Minnesota winters. They seemed a little expensive for the area as they were quite close to some busy roads
