ReNew at the Grove

Was a previous tenant there in 2025 and needed my CRP, didn't know they've change ownership and was waiting for my CRP and didn't receive it. So I emailed the previous owner (Grove Ridge or Centerspace as they are known as). They said they're not managing the property anymore and it had change ownership and that I need to contact ReNew Apartments. Shouldn't they at least sent something that says ownership was changed and that CRPs are no longer managed by centerspace? Something along those lines would be great to know. Centerspace was not very efficient, barely there in the office even if it says they were suppose to be open and almost never wanted to email back unless it involved money. So, I called ReNew and got in contact with Juju and she was wonderful, respectful, and professional. S

The manager, Susan, is one of the most disrespectful human beings I have ever had the chance of knowing. Time after time, she was extremely hostile and rude towards my family and I. I always paid my rent on time, I have 2 young kids who are more respectful than she is. On countless occasions she could never civilly come to me with a problem and would result in making snarky comments to me. Received a few noise complaints and when I questioned her about them, she confessed it was her making them against us (she had recently moved across the hall from us and suddenly tons of noise complaints were under my door). When I went to the office to talk with her about the issues, she laughed rudely at me and couldn’t even hold a mature conversation. I would never recommend these apartments until Sus

-10 starts if I could. New property managers refused to fix mold issue for almost a year. They will say it’s “mildew” as an excuse and not fix anything but it’s all toxic. Managers will not even bother getting back to you. Roommates and I moved out because the environment was so toxic. Also, they will send emails regarding snow removal that are buried under spam emails and tow your car away without putting up actual signs on ANY entrance. Rent increase also seems to be biased, like they charge you less if they like you or you’re white. Screw this place

Absolutely atrocious. Last couple of years things have slid downhill quickly. Management will ignore your complaints for months. Vomit stain not cleaned up in the hallway for months. Can't fit anything in the recycling bin for half the week. Maintenance guy Rich is barely competent and makes our entire family uncomfortable. Office was broken into and it took them a month and a half to change the locks. 2 break-in attempts at my building & no reassurance they were doing anything about security. Pool area broken into twice. Water stain and disintegrated ceiling tiles in hallway took months to fix. Another broken one has just been shoved back together like puzzle pieces. Been here for 10 years, and since Renew took ownership we have experienced better than expected assistance from Juju the property manager. We have gotten the best service and really GR8 politeness especially from Juju. Recommend to all who are interested in great service, communication ater the rent has been paid. Not a missing manager for assistance or whatever your needs are.
