The Cottages

The staff here were so warm and welcoming today as I requested leasing information on behalf of one of my clients. They answered everything and was accommodating as well gave insight to living at the complex. I really can’t wait for my client to live there he will be in great hands!

Ms. Tameka is very nice and helpful. My mother lives out there and has been very sick and she has always made her self available to assist me with what ever I may need help with. I watch how she handles her resident with a caring heart. She is doing a great job at your property

I called to see if anyone had seen our nephew who lives there. It’s been 2 weeks since we heard anything which is not normal. We live 3 hours away The lady that answered started a rant about saying she had told me a week ago she saw him once (I didn’t call before). She spoke very rude to me She started telling me this is not a faculty there takes care of people and she has a job to do and doesn’t have time to look for someone. Then she started telling me she has a son that has been sick and she is busy with him. She had a very long rant. I then said I understand all that. I just thought you would be courteous enough to help me and then said thank you and goodbye.

I went there to apply for an apartment. I let them take a pic of my Visa a requirement & b4 I could get back home my card was charged $603.49 to the LR water company. That needs to change, leaving your banking info out n the open. I filed a police report. I haven't had a water bill in 20yrs only electric. Management was also rude & I was respectful to her.

I would suggest anybody moving out here to the cottages due to the drug problem I have out there and the fact that some of the residents like to jump on people with weapons. And the manager does nothing about it and she lets the person who victimizes you stay there.
