The Cottages @ Clermont

Been here a few days now. Love the foliage view, the direct western sky for wonderful sunsets and the sound of crickets. Al and Stephanie have been very helpful

Stephanie is rude. They are charging me 800 dollars just for handing over the key two days later. It seems like they don't understand that you work and sometimes leave after the office closes. She told me that it is because the new owners do not allow that and in the first place my contract was with the previous owner. I've called the main office 6 times now and I'm still waiting for them to call me back. In addition to the fact that the place is full of cockroaches and they do nothing to control them, they also want to come and charge me 800 dollars for something stupid.

Stephanie was such a pleasure to work with! She was invaluable and patient while I inquired about a future lease, and she made everything very easy to understand. You can tell she genuinely cares and wants to make sure you’re comfortable with every step. Her kindness and professionalism made the whole experience stress-free. I’m so grateful for her help—definitely a 5-star experience!

Stephanie was incredibly helpful and extremely efficient in finding a property that perfectly suited our needs. I've lived here for three years (it was a different property name before) and the night and day difference The Cottages made to our little community has me excited to live here again! new signs, new additions, cleaner dumpsters are all things that the property management installed to make living here even easier than before. mind you, this location is PRIME for people who love to walk! everything is in walking distance. laundry, groceries, pharmacies, banks, fast food just to name a few things. I hope they invite my boyfriend and I to renew next year because we definitely would!
