The Cottages at Brier Creek

Absolutely lovely grounds, conveniently located, safe, clean, and wonderful amenities. The HOA dues are a bit higher but everything is taken care of outside the home, as well as to include water, sewer, and garbage. It is a professional and quiet neighborhood. I could not ask for a better place to live. I am so happy I found this townhouse.

l viewed the models & loved a couple of them. Layout and interior amenities are nice and garages a plus. One model has a rooftop deck, which was a surprise. Be prepared for going up stairs & walking through current construction areas. Be sure to ask about the monthly, mandatory homeowner fees; felt those are too high for the community style living and a deciding factor for me. Great location within walking distance to grocery store, fast food, restaurants & other stores. Duke & Wake Med doctors and emergency facilities also within blocks & convenient to the development.

The interior amenities are excellent...the cabnitry, upgrades, finish carpentry, etc.! The Cottages Collection it's close to everything, medical, restaurants, shopping, the Interstate, airport, etc. The neighbors for the most part are great. However, the paved roads and streets are slightly better than rural dirt roads. The unfinished curb edges and raised drains can and have resulted in tire and wheel damage making it necessary for residents who parallel park to park 18"-24" from the actual curbs resulting in added congestion in an already congested high density neighborhood. The sound insulation in our lower level single floor unit is terrible! I didn’t have a very pleasant experience initially due to computers being down for over two weeks. I was very anxious to purchase my new home. Once computers were up and running, Tyler my sales agent was superb. Gabriel his replacement along with Brittany made my experience with Toll Brothers exceptional also. My interactions with my Project Manager “Alex” before and after my move-in has been icing on the cake! Interactions with 4 project managers prior to Alex do not hold a candle to him! Project Managers I learned early on are the key to a successful home buying/building process. The quality of these cottages .....the value.....professionalism of the staff.......responsiveness to any and all request.....punctuality ........in my opinion...........definitely 5 plus stars 🌟 ⭐️

Is it accurate that the HOA is having major $$$$ issues and deferring all repairs to the units due to bio retention pond repairs?
