The Cork Factory Lofts

You will do yourself a disservice if you don’t check out The Cork Factory Lofts. The place has a fun, lively atmosphere. The people are friendly and always smiling, those who work there and those who live there. That has to mean something! Of course, the amenities are top notch. Look to speak with Janay. She should be the face of this place. So easy to talk to and she really works with you to get you what you want. A no brainer.

Stayed here for one year and I loved it. This is totally an interesting place. It was built in 1901. It used to be the biggest Cork factory in the world. The high ceilings and the red brick walls are amazing however what's more amazing are the lovely neighbors I had. We used to hang out, cook together, enjoy a cup of tea during the sunset. It was just amazing. I never experienced such a thing at an apartment complex. The staff here and the maintenance people are super nice.

The Cork Factory Lofts are indeed a very special place. The entire experience here has been fantastic. Starting with Janay the leasing agent. Looking for an apartment in Pittsburgh, I looked at 7 apartments and met with 7 leasing agents -- Janay was far and away the best of them all. She was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Relative to my neighbors, it's like I lived here for years. It's incredible, really. The condition of the Cork Factory is perfect. There is nothing out of place, there is nothing that I can see that needs maintenance or repair. The complex is very well maintained. The Cork Factory is an amazing place to live! It has great amenities, and the location is an added bonus. It’s in the heart of the Strip District and close to downtown. I love the community atmosphere; there are weekly happy hours and many events that make it easy to get to know your neighbors. The staff members are friendly and always available when needed, and any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to relocate. I love the Cork Factory!

Writing this on the last night of my 13-month lease here and I wish I could be staying longer. If you’re reading this, wondering whether or not you should rent here, I highly recommend it. My girlfriend and I moved here back in May 2020, the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, from California and the process couldn’t have been easier. Due to the pandemic, we couldn’t travel out to Pennsylvania to check out the complex in person but I was able to get a virtual tour from Carmen (compared to a lot of places that just direct you to a YouTube video). It was able to allay a lot of my worries and upon arrival I couldn’t have been more pleased.
