The staff at The Core Scottsdale are truly amazing! Everyone is so kind, helpful, and committed to doing their work with excellence. They’re always quick to respond, go out of their way to help, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell they take real pride in what they do, and it makes such a difference in the overall experience here. The property is beautiful and always so well cared for - the grounds are clean, the amenities are great, and the whole community has a really comfortable, welcoming feel. The location is perfect too -close to everything Scottsdale has to offer, yet still quiet and peaceful. You can tell this team genuinely loves what they do and wants residents to feel at home. I couldn’t recommend The Core Scottsdale more!

I’ve lived here for 3 years, and it used to be a great experience. But ever since MC took over, many things that were once well-managed have gone downhill. It’s obvious that the current management team is nowhere near the level of Mark-Taylor. This place is no longer “luxury,” yet they still rent it out at luxury prices while neglecting basic maintenance and management. Honestly, even with a 40% discount, I wouldn’t consider living here again. Packages get stolen easily now. The previous team required delivery drivers to drop packages at residents’ doors. After the new management took over, most deliveries are dumped randomly on the parcel locker area floor. Lost or stolen packages are now an everyday occurrence. The leasing staff is verry nice (and pretty). The property looks good from what I've seen, although it seems like the maintenance could use some help. They always seem to be busy, and other than that their super helpful. (Ps love the pool and view)

Just moved in but so far so good! Place was clean when I moved in and seems like a nice complex. Kaelyn at the office is also so nice and helpful! Had a million questions prior to moving in and she helped a lot and made the move in process super easy!

This property has truly transformed since MC Companies took over a few months ago! The leasing staff is exceptional—always friendly, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. Katlyn, in particular, has been incredibly helpful, patiently answering all of my questions and making the process smooth and stress-free. The community itself is beautiful and well maintained, but it’s the leasing team’s dedication and service that really set this place apart. They address resident concerns quickly and efficiently, which makes all the difference.
