The Core Chandler Apartments

Wanted to acknowledge the extraordinary service and hospitality since moving to the Core last week. The move in process with Rosa was very smooth, Rosa is so sweet and nice! Angel & Rosa are both sweethearts and have been very helpful every step of the way! All of my request have been met extremely fast and efficient. The maintenance team is also fast, efficient, & wonderful! My apartment and the complex is beautiful and well kept! I’m very happy I chose the Core as my new home! Thank you Core team for your extraordinary service!

I visited my family member who stays here and I really had a great impression of The Core. My family member’s AC stopped working the day I arrived. They put in a maintenance request and it was fixed in less than 24 hrs. There is ample guest parking and also EV charging (which is a bit difficult to figure out). The amenities are great and the room layouts are well thought out. I really liked this place and am glad my family member gets to stay here.

I’d love to share my experience with The Core Chandler. We moved in just a little over 2 weeks ago and we love it !! The apartments look exactly like they do online. The property is very well maintained and upkept. We submitted some maintenance request our first work and they responded fast & efficiently!! It’s a beautiful community & they do events for the holidays. I’d like to thank Rosa & Angel , for helping me and my family move into our new home.

I applied for an apartment back in November 2025. I was denied to an income issue, which is not the issue. My issue is that I have yet to receive my $150 refund from the application fees. I have spoken to several members at the office, and corporate. Initially, when I notified that the application was denied, I was told that I would receive a refund of $150, and the paper check would take about 2-3 weeks. This was at the beginning of November 2025. A little bit after Thanksgiving 2025, I called the office again to check on the status of my paper check being mailed. I was informed by the staff member that the refund request was never sent out, and was never processed. This is by far the worst apartment in Chandler and the entire state. Run away. Literally any other company would be a relief over them/their parent company. We were accepted 1 year ago, the leasing agent reused someone else's acceptance letter. I received multiple eviction letters via email for other tenants by mistake. Had to close all but 2 vents as the 2 beds have such bad vents that if you don't close most then none of them work. No working microwave for over a year. You have to pay $35 for parking(lol), visitors would park in those spots and leave none and the apartment would do nothing about it. expect to be misled at every opportunity.
