Scam Alert! The deposit is non-refundable!!! Be aware of this! They have a bug infestation problem. The heaters don't heat properly, so you'll freeze in winter. They won't disclose this when you apply. I left the apartment clean and vacuumed, but they still scammed me out of my deposit!

Management and maintenance have, at least for me, responded in a timely matter, but lots of odd choices on visitor parking and dumpster location have been made recently, which is just a hassle for everybody, along with hiking prices and new previously unmentioned fees. Truly just one more apartment complex, nothing special.

This is a great place to call home. I'll tell you why... 1) Management is really friendly, fast to reply and act if needed 2) Maintenance is good at what they do and very respectful 3) Other tenants are generally really nice and welcoming 4) The bedrooms are HUGE! Each bedroom can be set up for 2 people which was great for the kiddos to have their own space. It's seriously like a 3-4 bedroom at a 2 bedroom price in the floorplan I had (2 BR/1.5 BA Deluxe) We didn't leave for any negative reasons. We left out of necessity for our situation. But my wife and I loved it here and we'll always remember it. Thank you Alyssa and Alexa for being great to work with! God bless!

I am posting this review warning others if you are thinking of renting from these guys here is what you need to know before you make that decision. First off our apartment was filthy when we initially moved in. There is so many layers of paint on the walls that it's cracking everywhere. People park in front of their garages, work on their vehicles blocking access to parts of the parking lot.. Cops are called to the property at least twice a month. Dumpsters pile up and it reeks like garbage. Doors are always propped open. They use makeshift screens that don't fit so bugs are able to crawl right into your apartment. (more so than the norm living next to a wooded area) A short back story on the bathrooms (see pics attached) ..... fans do not work properly in the bathroom for the mois

My husband, daughter (8 months old) and I have lived her for a few months now. We live in a separate building with only 5 other tenants, we couldn’t love this place more! It’s quiet, clean and safe for my family! We have had a few minor issues with our apartment, such as our thermostat didn’t work and our dishwasher kept falling down. I emailed Alyssa and THE next day Mario ( maintenance man) came and fixed those 2 problems! Both Alyssa and Mario have been so nice and helpful! It’s so comforting to go to bed every night knowing we live in a safe secure apartment! I read other reviews stating that cops come here every night...
