Salem Green Apartments

Salem green Apartments are very beautiful. I loved everything about my unit. It is very clean. My maintenance requests were taken care of in a timely manner. The management team are very friendly, professional and respectful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.

Celebrating 6 years in my home at Salem Green. I can’t say it enough, I absolutely love it here! It is so peaceful. There have been many moments, memories, and fun times! Amazing staff and they take such good care of us and the beautiful grounds! I am truly thankful for all the happiness living here has bought to me & my family💚

Loved living here so much! Only reason I took the one star away was because the sauna hardly worked and when it did it took forever to heat up and fitness center equipment is pretty old. Other than that, literally perfect! The insulation between the units is so thick that you don't even feel like you have any neighbors. Pools are incredible and the canoe on the lake is so amazing! Staff are always nice and helpful and maintenence is great! Moved to be closer to the cities and family otherwise I would have stayed for years!

When I retired, I moved from my own house in a small town to a two-bedroom apartment in Salem Green. The building I am in has concrete walls between neighboring units which makes it very quiet. I have generous-sized deck that looks over the lake, and I spend hours everyday outside enjoying the birds, sunshine and relative quiet. The people in the office are exceptional. They respond to any requests right away, they accept and deliver packages, they even will feed pets if you need them too! There are Salem Green events throughout the year for the residents. The maintenance is unbelievable. I have never had to wait more than a day for a response and they are so good at their jobs the repairs are done perfectly. was a very nice place at first coming up to the last year living there they start to not care about our space at all celling stared leaking all they did was take pictures and said it was still livable even though the floor stared getting moldy completely disregarded everything we told them. we brought it back to there attention again they drilled a hole in the wall to see if they could find a leak so they said and left and was like that for 6 months untill we moved out what a horrible experience that was do not recommend
