First of all, I would never recommend for anybody to come and live out here in these apartments. They never fix on anything. They have units living in mold, feces, and dust filled apartments and roaches. I’ll applied to these apartments over two months ago and I gave them my Social Security my birth certificate for me and my daughter. It is now the end of October and I came just to get a copy of my documents now they’re telling me that they can’t find it and the person who did my application is under the weather and he is not in the office every time I come back to get information they give me the runaround I just wanted to move before the holidays now my lawyers will be getting involved because I’m not sure why they’re having people pay under the table just to get rushed in, but I don’t d

At first I was happy about this place, but then I got my hopes up.. I was on the waiting list for awhile, the lady told me all I had to do was get me & my daughter birth certificates and I could get set up for an appointment. When I got them I was on the phone with the leasing office lady while our birth certificates were getting printed. She told me she would be out of the office certain days so call her that following Monday, plus she haven’t finished recertification so I would have to wait.. I kept calling & leaving voicemails, no answer. Finally I got an answer yesterday and they told me the waiting list was closed.. I even informed them that I just recently had given birth to my daughter in June & needed to move into a place as soon as possible. I’ve been waiting all this time just fo

Why is the leasing office always closed! Everytime I come up there y’all are closed and say call with no phone number. I’ve been trying to get a new mailbox key for the past 2 weeks this is a shame. Also why is the laundry mat open when the dryers aren’t working. When are y’all going to actually come fix the things y’all say y’all are going to fix? I was told my carpet would be replaced months ago, toilet needs to be fixed and dishwasher only lasted a month.

I'm giving 5 stars due to the fact that I lived there for 4 years it may have not been the best neighborhood but I had great neighbors we all looked out for each other and made sure that our kids were safe our Apts were our sanctuary I always stayed to my self and didn't have any major issues , so if you choose to live there mind your business get to know your neighbors and you will be fine make your apt space your sanctuary and you will be fine 🙂
