Mark and Lou on the maintenance team are outstanding. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly with clear communication and real professionalism. They’re responsive, respectful, and make sure the issue is fully resolved before leaving. It makes a huge difference living somewhere where the maintenance team truly cares. Grateful for their consistency and hard work.

I’ve enjoyed my time living here! It’s a great post grad apartment and the team has been so kind. Lou is a wonderful help with maintenance and junior, Nelly, and Samantha are great in the office.

I lived at commons apartments for a year and 3 months and it was a good experience overall a little rough at first. We had to first replace alot of the appliances in the apartment because whoever lived in the apartment before us wasn’t cleaning the place right had to get rid of the remaining German roaches in the apartment and seal all the cracks and crevices. After that it was a good experience Samantha and Nelly were very nice very good and professional at what they were doing explained everything very well. Unfortunately when it was time to renew the lease it was going to be too expensive for us to remain there so we moved out at the end of the lease. But it was a good neighborhood to live in overall

Me and my family have lived at the commons apartments for over 2 years and we are very happy with this complex. Front Office is nice and Lou in maintenance is the best! Whenever a maintenance request is put in he will come either that day or the next and make sure a quality job is done every time. He cleans up after himself and is very respectful and helpful!

whom this may concern, I've been living in the the luxury apartments homes the commons for 4 years I would like to take the time out speak about the professionalism of Mr Lou We with any problem Mr Lou in Maintenance tackled it with incredible expertise. He didn't just fix the immediate problem but identified a larger underlying issue, saving us future headaches and costs. He's resourceful, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile. We're so grateful for his dedication and skill. Also Mr Fred is great with handling things just want to show our appreciation Ms Terri
