Stopped by today for some property outreach and had an awesome experience connecting with Alfredo. From the start, he was welcoming, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to really walk us through things, share helpful insight, and answer every question without ever making us feel rushed. My boyfriend and I have been living here for over a year now and we only have amazing things to say! The complex is beautiful and very well kept, and the floor plans are spacious and well thought out. The area is top notch, just minutes from anything you could ever want. Alfredo is an amazing property manager and we are grateful for his attentiveness and professionalism. We don’t see ourselves renting anywhere else! Could not recommend more.

I’ve lived at The Common since it opened in April 2023 and have really loved it—the location is great, the amenities are solid, and I’ve never had any issues with residents, staff, or management. However, the garage gate has been broken since early May 2025. A technician came to “repair” it on 5/23/25, but it remains non-operational. With no security in place, my car was broken into and over $700 worth of items were stolen—all of which were **hidden and not left in plain sight**. For a property that charges $100/month for parking in the garage, this is completely unacceptable. I truly hope management takes responsibility, repairs the gate promptly, and compensates residents affected by this ongoing security failure. 7/7- Thanks for responding to my Google review. I have absolutely loved my first two months of living at The Common! The whole community is brand new, very modern looking and nice, and extremely well kept. There’s a huge outdoor area for grilling, hanging out, and games. Plus the community is very pet-friendly! Compared to other complexes that I’ve lived at, this one doesn’t even compare.. I’d highly recommend!

We have lived at The Common for almost a year and absolutely love it here! Great location, great staff, safe and well taken care of! The cherry on top is Fransisco the maintenance man is truly incredible! Not only is he the sweetest and happiest man I have ever met, but always fixes any issues we have promptly and efficiently! We love it here! 5 stars and highly recommend!
