An Absolutely Miserable Living Experience — Consider This a Warning I lived in Apartment 2508, and I can say without hesitation that my time at this property was one of the most stressful and infuriating housing experiences I’ve ever had. I am writing this so future tenants know exactly what they may be walking into. Back in August, I reported what appeared to be mold building up around the vents and requested a full HVAC cleaning—not a surface-level wipe, not a quick dusting, but a genuine cleaning of the system and ducts. Instead, all that was done was a superficial cleaning of the register vents only. No inspection of the ducts, no deep cleaning, and no real attempt to resolve the underlying issue. Gabriella was an amazing help . She took her time and didn’t rush the tour process , she made me feel really welcomed . The customer service was phenomenal. One of the best leasing agents I’ve came across in a long time. Very polite and considerate. The property Manager was also a big help and kind . It’s a nice feeling to have people that care to make your experience a great one providing top tier service. I loved the neighborhood and how spacious the property is .
