Everything you've read about Dino is 100% true. He is the absolute best. Before I bought my house I used the home inspector my realtor recommended, big mistake. We've had a lot of issues since closing, so we called Dino. Dinos report on my property was more than 100 pages longer (no exaggeration) than the original one I received, and rather than a quick 20min walkthrough, he was here for hours meticulously documenting everything. Through Dino I was able to learn that my home is on sceptic (something I was trying to avoid) and that I may be able to do something about it since the seller represented the home as being on public sewer on our documents. Overall, I can't recommend this guy enough, he'll show you he's worth every penny and more!

I highly recommend Dino to be your home inspector. Before I hired him, he spent a good 15 or 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining his quality work. And he spent at least 4 hours expecting my new townhome on his own and another hour and a half with me in person going over all potential issues. He is very detailed and thorough and very big on educating the client. His final written report very detailed also. Even my real estate agent was impressed! Most importantly, I think his integrity and ethics are top-notch. So choose Dino and you won't be disappointed!

I’m very happy we went with Dino to do our inspection. My wife and I are first time home buyers, and Dino did a great job explaining everything in terms we could understand. His report was extremely detailed and he spent almost 2.5 hours walking us through everything after he’d already been doing the inspection for 4-5 hours. He made it easy to understand which problems were major things that we should look into more, and I’m glad we did because we ended up finding $30k+ in safety issues that needed to be fixed.
