I toured The Columns at Cypress Creek today and had the pleasure of working with Lori DeSantis, and I honestly have to say she is one of the best leasing consultants I’ve ever met. Lori was super thorough, answered every single question I had, and explained everything clearly without rushing me at all. She was also extremely personable, welcoming, and made the whole tour feel comfortable and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about what she does and takes pride in helping people find the right place. She made a great first impression of the community and made me feel confident about my options moving forward. If you’re thinking about living here, ask for Lori — she’s the real deal. We came here looking for a much needed alternative to another apartment complex my son was going to sign with. Thank God we did, we met with Lori DeSantis. From the very beginning she was very kind warm and inviting. She made us feel very comfortable and gave us all the information up front. She was not rude or pushy like some people. She took the time to hear our concerns and answered all our questions with very informative answers. The tour was fantastic the apartment was clean and smelled very clean and inviting.
