David was amazing! From start to finish he was hands on and on site. My mom is so happy with her new tiny house. David built her home on our property and included my mom’s favorite colors and small detail request. I actually hired him again to do my spare bathroom and it looks amazing!

David has sub-contracted our company for Irrigation work several times. Seeing his work in progress and what it looks like completed, I can tell you he is a quality builder. He is always very responsive and friendly and professional. I highly recommend his company and will definitely be using Distinctive Design Homes LLC when we are ready for an addition to our home.
We did Install soffit/fascia, gutter/downspout in an additional room. I would work for them again! Excellent company! Clear communication! Highly recommend them
