I was very nervous to hire property managers for our home. We had invested a lot of time and upgrades into our home and hoped to stay there for many years, but the military had other plans for us, so we decided to rent it out for a couple of years until we could return. We hired the Colorado Springs Group only a couple of weeks before we had to move, and they were able to do everything to get our home move-in ready after we left. MILITARY FRIENDLY! Kevin and Jessica have been amazing to my family as tenants. Kevin is responsive by email and phone any time I have reached out. They are willing to help answer any questions and make sure to get a service done right away. Being approved for the rental home was quick, easy and they even provided us with a binder containing tons of information that has truly helped us. Colorado Springs Group has been managing our property for 2 years and so far has done a great job. The month they took control of our property we had a terrible hail storm that did damage to the property. Kevin personally helped me through the insurance process and made sure the appraisers did a thorough job. The company stays on top of the ever changing rental laws for Colorado and advises us accordingly.
