The Colony

I have lived in many full service doorman buildings in the City with every amenity Yesterday I Went to look at an apt at the Colony The building looks great from the out side and they have many amenities which I did not bother to look at As I was so turned off by the behavior Of the head door man and his outside Stiff I arrived 30 min prior to my appointment and asked where I could Park, I was directed to some spots with 20 min limit all of the parking was taken. contractors were in some of spots even though there was a parking lot for contractors after 30 min of driving round my appointment Was in a min time I went back to door and told doorman I was just going in to tell head door man I was here but having trouble finding parking I introduced my self and told him I was here to see 22D

This place is a mess. The management is extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. It has been a week of dealing with poor communication and a complete lack of responsibility. Very disappointing experience.

My experience about The Colony in Fort Lee are pretty good. My grandma still lives at the Colony since 2021 and she loves it. We sometimes visit them at their apartment for weekends and holidays. Everything at the Colony is fantastic when you visit family and friends. Recently, my grandpa passed away in May of this year and I miss him every month.

The staff is amazingly gracious and helpful. The facility is kept spotless, and the entire staff truly cares about the residents. In my opinion, it is, if not the best, or one of the best places to live in Fort Lee.

Oh yea this High Rise apt complex is very EXCLUSIVE. Kept in top Shae at all times the WOMEN THAT WORK THERE ARE VERY NICE. THE VERY UNPERSONABLE PERSON DOING THE PULLING OF THE TEETH . IVE SEEN FISH WITH A BETTER ATTITUDE. What more important is the people that work in there offices. Now I know for a fact that the person that pulled my tooth was actually have to work on this one 🙃 if you drink to much milk your TEETH BECOME CALCIFIED that's not good for anyone trying to pull then out
