John and the maintenance team have done amazing with keeping my apartment in working condition. Every maintenance request is responded to the same day or by the next morning, things are fixed promptly, and anything that can't be fixed is quickly replaced. They've been fantastic and I'm very grateful for all their help.

I have to celebrate our maintenance workers. I don’t think I’ve ever lived anywhere and maintenance orders were completed on the same day they are received. I have called for several situations and all were handled with efficiency and professionalism. I have to call John and Derek by name. These two have been swift and extremely responsive on every tier of maintenance within my unit. I am grateful for their patience, kindness, expertise, and quick resolutions. Today, they fixed my door, as I was having difficulty with opening and closing it—as well as locking it. As usual, my work order was completed on the same day of my reporting.
