The Collective At Norman

This was the best place I have lived during my time at OU. There were a few issues I had but Anna, the property manager, always had a solution for me. The amenities are great and maintenance is quick after an order is submitted. Overall, I felt very comfortable and safe in my home. I will miss it!

I like the location and the effectiveness of how quickly matinee comes. I wish we could use the hot tub/if it would be turned on. The gym is always wonderful

Chandler did an amazing job fixing my blinds, he went above and beyond. They look and work great, and he was so quick!

Can’t say enough great things about The Collective, from their easy check in to the prompt response by the maintenance staff. When the A/C wasn’t working, maintenance worked until they figured out the problem. Once the problem was identified (a/c compressor needed replaced) they were quick to provide window units until the a/c company could make the repairs. As a parent, I feel very comfortable (and relieved) to have my daughter staying at The Collective. It’s obvious they truly care about their tenants!

I moved in here last August and it has been such a great experience. The maintenance people come literally the same day of putting in a request. I always feel safe here and the amenities are great. We had a few crickets in the beginning and they’re coming back out slightly since it’s warming up again but it’s not a big deal. The office people are also really nice.
