The Colburn Apartments

I want to express how pleased I am to live in this community! Impeccable and incredibly beautiful view of the houses, hall and apartments. Everything is clean, smells nice and breathes the magical atmosphere of New Year's lights from the neighbors' balconies. I feel like I'm in a fairy tale. I am incredibly grateful to Paty and Joe for welcoming us, guiding us through the entire application process and making us understand that we matter! Another special thank you to Adam, who performs his tasks perfectly and won us over with his politeness and jokes. He is always in a good mood, and in addition he also lifts it up for us! I tried to sign my lease renewal with the new management (ZRS Management) of the Colburn. When reviewing the lease and additional addendums I was surprised to see one requiring me to opt into RentPlus- a service that reports your rental history to credit bureaus for a monthly fee of $14.99. The document was titled "Opt Out" but upon further review, there was no option to opt out without first opting in and then I would only able to cancel with RentPlus directly once enrolled. This is highly illegal as it's an optional service. Since I was unable to bypass this online, I requested an in person signing at the leasing office with the RentPlus addendum removed and that was audio recorded with their permission. We have been living in THE COLBURN APARTMENTS for over a year, so naturally we were a little apprehensive when a new company recently bought the complex and began to manage it. Well, we have been very pleasantly surprised by the great management style of the new owners/ managers! Specificly, I have had contact, at different times, with COOPER ELAM, the Property Manager, NALIN CAMBERO, the Ass’t. Property Manager, BRIANNA VILLAR, the Leasing Consultant, and FLOR RIVERA, the Maintenance Supervisor. Each of them, acting within their respective capacities, was very responsive to do all that they could to make sure that my living experience at The Colburn Apartments was all that one could hope for…and more! Each one of them was both very friendly and very professional in their interactions

Absolutely amazing complex with excellent staff that has treated me so well since the beginning. Not only is it a beautiful but very well designed layouts. Very happy to call this my home and can't wait for the retail spaces to open downstairs.

I absolutely love my new home in Celebration! The Colburn is the BEST apartment complex here. The staff is so friendly, maintenance is ultra responsive, and everything is kept gorgeous clean and smelling good. Oh and the free coffee and tea Monday -Saturday is a lovely bonus. So happy I'm here!
