Current manager the worst ever , she is so difficult to work with she has no tolerance for nothing I'm planning to move out of here just because of her

This was my wife's and I's first apartment living together and we lived here for nearly three years. The Clubhouse is located in an amazing location. Being on the edge of Imperial Beach and the estuary makes for a really quite and relaxing neighborhood. The Clubhouse is also within walking distance of the Imperial Beach. The Clubhouse has a very active and responsive team on grounds that make for easy communication if in need of maintenance as well as tending to the landscaping, keeping a nice fresh, well tendered environment and clean facilities. My wife and I really enjoyed living here and will miss the days of a quiet Imperial Beach evening and our walks to the beach.

Great community. The management is always looking at ways to improve the property. They are very responsive and communicative. We get a food truck every month and they also have programs for our kids. Great place to live.

Lived here from Oct 2020 to August 2021. Recently got my deposit back without a problem. The management was amazing and maintenance always came within 24 hours. Grounds were always maintained and brand new washing machines were put in right before we moved out. There is a lot of military tenants so it's fairly quiet. All in all one of the best places I've lived and was an amazing price when compared to the rest of San Diego.

Amazing place to live! We had the pool to ourselves mostly during the week. Several kids to play with on the weekends for my children. It is such a quiet little neighborhood. The manager is fantastic and will make things happen in a timely manner! She keeps things flowing smoothly. Karrie in the front office is kind and knowledgeable! Our move in was quick and easy. staff is always on the property keeping it clean and beautiful! Our unit was furnished which made the transition from overseas even easier! The neighbors were all so inviting and helpful as well!
