The Club Torrey Pines Apartments

We move out this weekend through no choice of our own (relocation), but if we didn’t I’d live here forever. Our apartment is quiet and the entire complex is full of lovely people, lots of families and young professionals. We’ve made some amazing friends. Best of all are the staff- the entire team are incredible. Angel in particular seems capable of fixing basically anything and has always come straight over after I file the request. Jake and the whole leasing team are truly amazing - so kind and efficient (like they will literally do something for you there and then). Most of all they’re super reasonable. The staff at The Club Torrey Pines are truly outstanding. Cerrese Bejarano in the leasing office has always been so warm, professional, and helpful, making the whole process smooth and welcoming, while Jake Mumma has been fantastic in listening to our suggestions and resolving any issues quickly and effectively. Thanks to their kindness and dedication, living here feels well cared for and stress-free. The community itself is another highlight. With the pool, tennis courts, and lots of greenery, it feels more like a resort than a regular apartment complex. At first, I thought it might be inconvenient not having garages directly under the units, but I quickly realized that the parking lots between buildings actually provide more privacy, open views, and a relaxed environment. I had lived 2 years at this complex. I bet this is one of the best place in the Carmel valley area. Kind and professional staffs served kindly always. And overall it is very clean. Its swimming pool is a perfect place for kids. Easy access to the elementary school and high school by walking relieves the stress to drop off and pick up the children. Highly recommend you !!!

I've been living in The Club for the last 2.5 years and I can say this is one of the best places to live in this safest area. The apartments are really well maintained, taken care of by the understanding and kind management. The new manager Joe (Joseph Krause) is making a positive difference. I see the whole community getting professionally colored, all units are getting upgraded. I am also hearing in 2022 all the parking will be restructured and the swimming pool will be rebuilt. Lots of good work and most importantly kind management who listen & understand. Thank you Joe and your team. 🙂

There have already been two repair requests, and both times the property staff responded very promptly and were very warm and helpful. I was truly touched.
