The Club at Sugar Mill Apartments

I was a resident there for two years and there were a lot of things wrong with the place. Some issues include issues with security, staff, and now with our deposit. First off with security, it's supposed to be a gated community, yet the gate was broken and missing for the full 2 years my family and I lived there, yet they told us when we first moved in that the gate would be fixed. And even now the gate is still gone and a portion of the fence out front is missing. I had 2 E-bikes stolen from the bike rack outside of my apartment building and one of my neighbors had their child's bike stolen too, all locked up properly keep in mind. When we asked them for any help considering it happened on their private property, they told us that it was a matter for the police and they had nothing to do

What a great community and the staff is amazing! work orders get done quickly and the lady in the office is wonderful and makes you feel like apartment of something.

The people coming or going are getting a bit not caring about there home. Today I woke to a hugh mattress in the playground park how nasty is that when there is a place to dispose of things like that some kids are not being respectful of there home property leaving trash everywhere and people not picking up after there dogs. But otherwise I'm very happy here

I was very pleased with how easy Kim made all the paperwork and guidelines. She was thorough and very informative. She has a very friendly personality and I enjoyed working with her. I do need to withdraw a statement I made on here, but I can't find it. It was about the trash area not being up to par, and that was incorrect. Those comments were based upon what a friend (wh took my trash down for me) reported back to me. I have since been there and found the area to be very acceptable.
