No words will be enough to express my disappointment with this place. The ongoing roach INFESTATION , parking problem, trash all around the complex is absolutely DISGUSTING, music and parties OUTSIDE after hours, we were told 7 months ago that the gate will be fixed shortly yet 7 months later it still isn’t. I’ve had over 10 packages stolen from my front door. The last straw was when someone parked at our reserved spot that we pay for and got mad when we parked there and pulled out their gun. The management answer was “we can not guarantee safety”. I almost forgot to mention our car was scratched at night by someone who arrived home drunk. This place is absolutely NOT SAFE AND TRASHED.. Honestly during my review of this complex I felt like I was being watched the entire time and that part of it wasn't very funny! There are some things going on inside here that need to be addressed personally by the office management itself. I've seen way too many code violations and porch items placed outside that aren't even supposed to be there in the first place. This place and its inhabitants have not changed too much in fact the complex is almost exactly as I just remembered it ten years ago. The front office has some pretty interesting activities going on as well that are to be noted. These units are not cheap either so prepare to come out of your pockets in order to acquire one. If you love living in a roach infested apartment complex, this is the place for you! All jokes aside, this place is downright disgusting. I can't tell you how many roaches I've killed during my time living here, despite receiving weekly pest control treatments for months. When we brought this up to management, they were largely dismissive. Only after repeated complaints did they finally allow us to have the apartment fumigated. Aside from the pests, the build quality of these apartments are terrible. You can hear every footstep your upstairs neighbors take, so if they have children or dogs, good luck! I recommend future residents or people who plan to live in this apartment complex not to do it, I live here and I have a raccoon plague in my apartment, the administration does nothing about it, they do not make the necessary arrangements, the animals do their needs on the stairs, they attack you they destroy the garbage the manager does nothing to help the tenants, the pools are polluted abandoned common areas, if you have children or you like to live quietly this is not the luhar

I strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to look elsewhere. My unit has been absolutely overrun with roaches — in the kitchen, bathroom, walls, and even inside cabinets and appliances. No matter how many times I’ve reported it, the problem has never been resolved. It’s disgusting and impossible to live comfortably. On top of that, I’ve had water leaks that were ignored for far too long, which led to mold growing in the unit. Mold and roaches should never be something renters have to fight with, yet management treats it like it’s no big deal.
