The Club at Lac de Ville Apartments

I just moved here in January and so far everything has been great. My apartment looks great, new appliances, quiet and spacious. Right next to Tops market and a lot of other nearby businesses and rent is affordable.

I really enjoy living here. It is not modern inside the apartment (pretty outdated looking kitchen and bathroom in my unit) but the price was fair, especially for the size of the 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. I think this has overall been a great place to live. Upsides: - Across from Tops in a shopping plaza - Safe to walk around - Overall quiet neighborhood - Walking distance from a daycare, Starbucks, and Aldi - Have had good interactions with the maintenance and staff. I accidently locked myself out once and they came to help me within 30 minutes. - If I ever have any issue, the maintenance people come to help within 24 hours. They are very nice, they seem on top of things. - Good with cleaning parking lot in the winter / salting the parking lot & snow removal Downsides: - Limited garage park

I had the pleasure of spending four wonderful years at Alloco Real Estate's The Club Property, and it has truly been an amazing experience. From the helpful and friendly staff to the charming neighborhood, this place has exceeded all expectations. One of the highlights is the convenience of having a plaza just a 2-minute walk away, where you can find everything you need from groceries to restaurants and more. The design of the building is exceptional, ensuring that you hear absolutely zero noises from your neighbors, providing a peaceful and quiet living environment. Great value for what you get. Very spacious, very clean, well-designed apartments. Would NOT recommend to anyone who is loud, listens to music, exercises at home, etc. The community is very quiet and older and serious - not a great place for kids, teens, or young adults. For everyone else it's awesome.

The apartments are well maintained and have a nice open layout. Greenlight is not available and the caretakers are friendly or unfriendly depending upon who you speak with. These apartments are in the Brighton school district.
