The Cloisters Apartments

The Cloisters Apartments is honestly one of the best places I’ve experienced in DC. The community is crazy cozy, crazy nice, and located in such a beautiful neighborhood. It’s peaceful, clean, and there’s basically no noise at all, which makes it perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. Michael, Darnishe, and Raynise have all been amazing. Michael made the leasing process smooth and professional, Darnishe was patient and incredibly helpful with every question, and Raynise truly makes residents feel valued and supported. The entire team is welcoming and genuinely cares. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and comfortable place with great management, The Cloisters is definitely the place to be. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience thanks to Mike, the Leasing Manager, and Raee, the Resident Coordinator! From start to finish, they were helpful, efficient, and extremely informative. They answered all of my questions with patience and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their customer service is truly the best I’ve ever experienced. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable, valued, and well taken care of. If you’re looking for a community with a professional and supportive team, you won’t be disappointed!
