The Clayton on Highland

I love living here. Best spot I’ve ever lived in, I move a lot for work. The units are incredibly well designed, spacious, clean - extremely quiet and private living. The location of this building is great. Right across the street from a wine bar, restaurant, coffee shop, gas station, bakery and hair salon. The pool and property is meticulously maintained. Best part of the building is the management. Exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about Tim, the property manager. Incredibly proactive, responsive, kind, personable. The residents are also kind and quiet, very respectful. It’s a great place to live.

Unprofessional, left office door open with nobody unattended where they have asked for money orders to be left. Paper thin walls especially within the unit. Not worth the cost.

You'll hear the fire alarms go off almost every night

I just signed another lease here. This is by far my favorite place I have ever lived, the units are designed for the renter, plenty of storage and nice finishes and appliances. The location is awesome too, it's so close to all the shopping and restaurants and a few minutes to all the freeways to get around. The Maintenence team has always addressed any of my concerns with in the day or next day, they are all so nice and very detailed. This is a small 30-something apartment building so it's easy to make friends with your neighbors. I really love the secure garage parking and the big guest parking lot. Makes it easy to have friends over. Tim the manager of the building is amazing, super responsive and a pleasure to work with. He knows everyone by name and genuinely cares about your happine

We have lived at The Clayton on Highland for 3 years. It’s by far the best place we been in here in PHX. Management is always very responsive and if we ever need anything they are always on top of things. It’s quiet here and they clean the pro inside and outs 3 times a week. We can recommend it 100% If I could I would give more stars.
