I've had an ongoing maintenance issue for over 1 year. Where water has been leaking on my floors in my master bathroom and closet. The maintenance requests keep getting deleted or marked completed. And there has been no positive traction getting this task accomplished. The regional staff is aware of this issue. The building staff is amazing, but have not been successful in getting specialists out here to fix/weld/seal this issue for me. It makes me wonder if there are funding issues with this property management, due to the lack of resources for the property management to get even the smallest tasks completed. Edited 6 months later: DO NOT LIVE HERE. ONE STAR IS ONE TOO MANY. The windows still leak every time it rains and mold is now growing on the walls. The apartment manager says that the windows cannot be fixed, so we have to live with leaking windows - (for nearly $2,000/month rent!) The AC unit is currently malfunctioning and for several nights in a row there has been a horrible banging noise coming from the AC unit, making it impossible to sleep in the apartment. The bare minimum of luxury is that things look nice and function properly. Neither of those things are the case at the Classen, but the prices are still "luxurious." Would not recommend this place. Yes the views are great but only if you want to sweat inside your own apartment. Our thermostat has been set on 68 since we moved in and 99% of the time we have lived here it’s been 81 degrees or hotter in the apartment. Unless you love the heat DO NOT LIVE HERE

I don't have anything new to add about this apartment complex that has not already been said. The AC breaks down repeatedly in the summer (temperatures inside being in the 90s), the heater in the winter (temp below 55 degrees for several weeks in the Winter), the Elevator breaks down every couple of weeks (no other elevator available if you live on floors 19 and 20), and so on. On top of it, they are less than honest. They sold me an "insurance" to cover any dues at the time of moving out. Now they say it applies only in the case of eviction. Really??? They want the tenants to pay $750 worth of insurance to cover the expenses for eviction. They are demanding a balance payment, even though I paid the whole amount up to last month, including utilities. They claim that two months of utility

i live by this tower and i admire the architecture. i do not live in this building and therefore i cannot comment on what its like to live in this apartment. i give it 4 stars only because i cannot say what this place is like as a resident but i do feel the architecture is something admire.
