The Clark Lofts at Cherapa Place

They did an amazing job managing this property during my time here. I felt safe as a single person because they have cameras all over the property including in the stairwell. Never had any issues with mail deliveries because it’s in a secured room. Any of my concerns were met and resolved quickly. Even when there was water damage from construction, they move me into a unit and helped move my large items. I hope to find an apartment well run like this in the future. Neighbors are quiet, but I unfortunately got stuck living under a loud, obnoxious stomper. So id recommend living on the top floor if available. Other than that everything was great.

ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE BEFORE MANAGEMENT SWITCHED OVER… YOU WILL NOT SLEEP WHEN LIVING HERE!!!! The train goes off EVERY NIGHT between 12am and 3-4am and you can ABSOLUTELY HEAR & FEEL it in the building this place was beautiful when I first moved in THAT being said it no longer is, the inside living areas for the units are nice BUT the management has changed since I have been here and it has gone DOWNHILL FAST we use to have someone clean the hallways EVERY week now they come whenever and no one but ANGIE knows, the maintenance people are relatively quick and extremely nice so there’s no complaints about them at all, it’s this new manager (Angie) that doesn’t do anything to better the residents just what will save the building money EVEN tho we ALL pay TOP prices to live here…there’s

Exceptional cleanliness and location is decent but the price isn't worth the stay 🌟 Five+ stars on cleanliness inside 🌟 I give 2 stars based on my dissatisfaction of the given issues not their performance. 1) My first week here my unit flooded from a pipe being cut by their workers (most of the second floor was under water) and i was shocked by the light switch while holding my infant due to this. I will say the office made a huge effort to make this right as they put my child and I in another room while they moved our belongings to a new unit. 2) Unfortunately there is also a massive homeless population that enjoys harassing the residents here, they will go as far as chasing you you down and screaming at you while walking through the court yard or banging on the doors trying to get in.

Moving into my new apartment was an absolute breeze, shout out to Abbie and Paige of Pendar Properties for making it so quick and easy. Their kindness and helpfulness made the entire process seamless. Hands down, this was the best move-in experience I've ever had. The unit itself is stunning, with a beautifully designed layout that feels like home from day one.

I have lived at the Clark Lofts since mid July and have loved it! The interior of the apartments is exquisite with the high ceilings and timber. The appliances are also high tech. The staff is amazing and quick to reply to any issues. I had a maintenance request in and they responded within 30 minutes and came and fixed my issue! The outdoor community area is so fun especially at night. I am very excited to get to use the gym in October.
