Omg love the office staff. Was having problems with my roomate and Brenda, Megan, and David all helped me find a one bedroom and got me transfered with no problems at all. They were more than willing to help me out and I appreciate that. Living in a one bedroom apartment now and its very cost efficient for what I get payed at work. 10/10 will be living here for a while now 🖤🖤🖤

I moved in January of 2025 and reading the reviews I was a little nervous but I’m glad I did the move. Brenda and management are on top of everything. It’s a beautiful place and nothing beats location. I love my apartment and pets control was an issue for 2 weeks but after that I never seen another roach. I keep my apartment clean and they keep up with the pest control. I haven’t had any issues with anything in my apartment and if something comes up Brenda or management are on it right away. Of course higher priority are a must at first when it comes to maintenance 🧑‍🔧 I know that from being in so many apartments but they get the job done. Do not rent here. Skip to the bottom of this review for the biggest reason. It’s cheapish and pretty conveniently located, but they’ll make you regret it in the end. Don’t know how this place has any positive reviews. It was nothing but hassle while I lived there and had been made worse since I moved out. My move in time was moved back until the end of the day on a Friday. It was no where near ready. Fixes were left undone (such as the bathroom light fixture hanging by its cords) and the apartment had not been cleaned at all from the previous tenants or the work they had done. It was advertised as having washer/dryer hookups and a balcony and as having been renovated. Are the stairs considered balconies? Been put in maintenance request since feb1st and none of the 3 repair request have been taken care of. The sad thing is I just moved in on January 24th the items should have never needed fixing had the apartment been prepared for move in. I called the office 3 times within the past two weeks. I have been getting nothing but broken promises for things to be fixed. My blinds in living room are all sunburn and have been falling off I don’t even have an adjuster to open and close the blinds which what does that matter at this point I have no privacy. The bathroom sink stopper is broken and just sitting there never worked to begin with. The toilet you can even urinate and it clogs serious plumbing issue which has previously caused my apartment to flood as well just from cleaning the bathroom to

I constantly had issues with roaches. Do not live here. They had their lawyers pressure me into complying to an eviction lawsuit when I no longer lived there. The roaches come out of any crawlspace, plugs, sinks, and the refrigerator-yes the refrigerator. I dont know how they would get in the freezer but they'd get in there too, even when the fridge was empty. I didnt always have my phone ready to take pictures because I was pre occupied with killing them. Yes, I would wake up to a roach crawling next to my face. Again, dont live here. It's the German roaches. I know those are hard to get rid of. I went around talking to other neighbors in my building and they all had the same issue but would tell me theres no use in fighting it.
