There's no way to reach the manager with the apartment number kiosk. The lobby looked immaculate and shiny. No one loitering in the front. I pressed the button and security answered there's a handicap button. After reading the comments I'm appalled that Christopher Donald would let this happen to his property he is a well educated mathematician

My hallway has smelled like animal urine for weeks. The person who was letting her dog, urinate In the hallway moved out and they still won’t replace the carpet in the hallway. The smell is disgusting and starting to get into my apartment.

I sent my application and vital documents to just get the run around and no response. My personal information was sent in July and August. No appointment, poor follow up just to find out others have been moved in. I am very concerned about what had happened with my personal information and documents. I am a person seeking to live here. That is why I applied as early as possible and was on the waitlist to apply just to be skipped over and looked over. No one would give me an appointment for follow up. Very disappointing.

Nobody answers the phone. My wife submitted an application back in August. When attempting to email the agents back to receive updates on my application there was no responses. Even after providing them with our social security numbers. I hope this is not a scam! Please provide a direct number so that potential residents can receive updates.

BEWARE , Something very unusual and fishy and maybe illegal is going on with this apartment complex. This place has collected all of my family personal info such as social security card, birth certificate, bank statements and more just to be ghosted. They shortly disconnected their number after asking for you to email them all of your personal documents to be considered for an apartment unit. This place has no real intention to house anyone they are just collecting people personal documents and then ghosting people. They will have a really nice lady contact you , then she will send you a email asking for all of this personal info for your application. Then you will receive no response and never ever hear from a soul again.When I call the phone number advertised , the number says no longer
