Have lived here for 1+ years and would not recommend. Garage situation terrible. They lease the ground floor nice garage to the Marriott next door for their Valet parking and The Clair residents are forced to use the skanky garage next door, SO inconvenient and nasty. They haven’t figured out how to manage package delivery, so that’s a nightmare. If you place HIGH priority on common areas, that’s a plus, but I believe that’s where they’ve put all their money so that the property “shows” well, but def not luxury living.
