Oh honey, absolutely not - this hot mess express needs to be rerouted immediately. In my personal experience, dealing with Laura Sulborski was a three-act tragedy of chaos, confusion, and disappointment…not even a cute costume change could save it. Do yourself a favour and sashay away to an agent who can actually deliver professionalism instead of delusion. Because of my experience with her I would never, ever want to buy a property she represents or do business with a buyer she represents.

Laura helped us find the perfect home in our dream location, and was a wonderful realtor. From the start, we were so impressed with the specific insight and detail she shared about how to navigate the competitive market. She was flexible and accommodating, making it easy for us to search for houses from out of town. She was eager provide information about real estate, home improvement, and the town in general -- answering any questions we had (or didn't even anticipate!) along the way. Highly recommend Laura to any buyers in need of guidance!

Coming from someone who is generally skeptical of brokers, Laura is amazing! Laura really looked out for our family’s best interests and is incredibly knowledgeable about the different towns, school systems, etc. She never tried to “sell” us on a property and pointed out both the good and bad points of each house. When we became anxious in our search and started losing common sense, she talked us out of one specific house that had hidden mold issues. We took her advice, waited, and the right house came along.
