The Circle Apartments at Long Beach

This review is long overdue. We've been living here since August 2025. Right away we began to deal with some serious medical issues which included some hospitalizations. The staff here has been absolutely PHENOMENAL! I cannot say enough good things about Debra, Brandon, Jake, Shelley (retired sadly) and the maintenance crew. They have gone above and beyond their job description to make the situation we've faced just a little easier. They check in on us periodically and their genuine care and concern has been an immense help. Additionally, our neighbors have been so sincere in their concern for us as well always willing to lend a helping hand. I've not met one unfriendly face yet! Does the complex have issues? Long over due review! I have been here for almost a year and I have nothing but great things to say about this property. When I first moved in Jake was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to help us get in and I was very grateful for him. Another person who was wonderful was Debra! My husband had nothing but great things to say about her! She also went above and beyond for us and I could not be more appreciative of both Jake and Debra. The community is fantastic, everything is kept clean, everyone is super friendly. Maintenance, is fantastic! I wish I knew the maintenance man’s name to shout him out too. I believe he’s one of the older maintenance here. But every time I’ve seen him around the property, nothing but warm welcomings! Overall, I would recommend this complex to anyone. Specifical

I cannot recommend Debra highly enough! She’s alway professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. It’s such a relief to work with someone so diligent! She responds to questions, proactive with communication, and truly care about the property. If you need someone who is attentive and professional, look no further!

This is a new beginning for me. I recently relocated from the Midwest, and on my second day here, I called to schedule an apartment tour with Stacey. She was very welcoming, patient, and took her time showing me three units along with the amenities. Debra was also extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. That same day, I received notification that I was approved! I would definitely recommend others to visit this property. It’s very clean, and the pictures online don’t do it justice. 5⭐️ all the way…I’ll give it 10 ⭐️ if I could!

I currently live at The Circle and my experience has been nothing but positive. The facilities are always well maintained and taken care of, which makes daily life here very comfortable. The manager, Debra, has truly made my experience at The Circle memorable, she is understanding, courteous, and always ready to offer helpful solutions, especially for college students. The events organized are also super fun and a great way to meet new people. A big thank-you to Jake as well, whose efforts in planning and supporting these events are impressive. Jake and Brandon have been a huge help to me and my housemates!
